I had to pull up to wait on my food which was no big deal until I had to wait 20 mins and they brought me out a coupon for a cup of coffee and no apologies very disappointed
"Best snack weap ever," said my wife. I had the excellent 1/4 Lb. Deluxe with perfect fries. Best Coke fountain drink anywhere. Mindy is the best hard-working manager. The owners MarGraffs are wonderful, too.
Food is always good but the staff is not very professional. I know it is fast food but the manager was yelling orders loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear and did not display the best attitude with her tone of voice or choice of words. Staff should not be rebuked in front of the customers at the front counter.
They filled the orders of four people who ordered after us. Although the cashier was friendly and officiant, the manager was more than rude, and argued with my wife when she complained because my big Mac had a patty that was crumbled up on the sandwich. She was give a replacement, that was worse then the first one. The bun was falling apart the bottom patty was crumbled up and when I bit into it all I could taste was bread. My wife took that big Mac back and got our money back. I will never go to that McDonalds again. If all of your McDonalds had the same service as the one in Linton IN, I would never eat at one again.
Always nice and getting my food in a timely manner. One of the best McDonald's around here.
