Great staff doing great work!
On April 17, 2015, I took window in to get measured and order replacement double panes low-e glass for two windows. They charged the price for the panes and for installation.
Incompetent people at this business Going to Lowes for the remaining 14 windows.
One would assume they ordered them. Oh but no, collected monies and didn't order. Three weeks later after hearing nothing I called and they discovered the they didn't order( wasn't like it was ordered on a weekend either). They said they will try to expedite the order. Well guess not, not expected to be delivered until June 2nd
