My wife and I both had issues here and the more than normal bmv hassle. Jackie served us both on separate days and she made an error on my license that I had to pay to amended. My wife was treated very poorly by this woman today on a separate trip. The BMV needs to look into this individual and hopefully provide them with better training to increase the satisfaction of customers.
