Went there well before close and their shake machine was taken down and they are not supposed to clean it before close. The roast beef on my sandwich was sliced much to thick. Severely disappointed
Used to never have issues with this Arby's, but the last two times they forgot stuff. 1st order I ordered 2 beef and cheese meals and a french dip sandwich. When I got home (20 minutes away) I realized all I had was the French dip meal, and the fries and drinks to the beef and cheese meals.... MISSING THE 2 BEEF AND CHEESE BURGERS!. I called them and they were courteous enough to give me two sandwiches next time I was in town. Then the other day they forgot the fries! I was smart this time and looked in my bag before leaving......
Went through the drive thru and got a Reuben. They raised the price recently and the sandwich I got had a lot less meat on it then they used to do. Still tasted really good, though!
